As archon, I lead and delegate tasks to our executive board, while also serving as a liaison between our chapter here at Rutgers and Phi Sigma Sigma Headquarters. It is such a privilege to be able to work closely with our entire executive board and oversee all aspects of the chapter! I am an economics major with a minor in creative writing and philosophy. Outside of Phi Sigma Sigma, I work as an Aresty Research Assistant and a Scarlet Ambassador at Rutgers. I am also involved in the Rutgers Federal Reserve Challenge and the Rutgers Economics Society!
VICE ARCHON (VICE PRESIDENT)
ADRIANNA
My name is Adrianna and I am the current vice archon of Phi Sig. As vice archon, I am responsible for our executive council, managing internal chapter relationships and working alongside the archon with international responsibilities. I am very grateful to have been granted with this position and to work with all of executive board! I am double majoring in communications with a specialization in public relations and Italian, and I am minoring in digital communications, information and media. Outside of Phi Sig, I am a member of the Rutgers Performing Dance Company where I continue to grow my love for dance. I cant wait for the rest of this school year and to work alongside my fellow executive board members!

Hi! my name is Riya, and I am the current bursar of our chapter. As bursar, I am responsible for making sure dues are paid on time, creating and following a budget and all other financial management duties. I am a junior in the Rutgers Business School majoring in finance and economics. Outside of Phi Sig, I am on the executive board for Rutgers Women in Business. This upcoming summer I am interning for JP Morgan Chase in the financial department. I am so excited to work alongside the current executive board and honored to lead our chapter.

My name is Ryli, and I am the chapter’s secretary. As secretary, I am responsible for the documentation of all executive board and chapter meetings. Outside of Phi Sigma Sigma, I am studying marketing at Rutgers Business School and minoring in psychology. My club involvement includes Women in Business and Yoga Club. Outside of Rutgers, I work at Maria’s Pizza in Milltown. I am very grateful for this leadership opportunity in Phi Sig, given it will allow me to further develop my professional and organizational skills.

While serving the Gamma Nu Chapter as member-at-large, I am here to make sure the standards of this chapter are upheld. It is my responsibility to serve as the chairman of the standards board and make unbiased ultimate decisions regarding a sister who’s behavior did not represent what it means to be a sister of Phi Sigma Sigma. I am also responsible for upholding the culture of the chapter and tending to the relationships my sisters have with each other. It’s my job to make sure my sisters care about each other and empathize with one another. I am a journalism major and minoring in political science. Outside of Phi Sig, I work several jobs. I am also a writer for Routure Magazine, Rutgers student-run fashion and lifestyle magazine. Above all, I care most about my sisters, and would do anything to help this chapter the best that I can.

My name is Erin and I am the upcoming sister development chairman! I love working with children and plan on becoming a special education teacher! I am very excited for the upcoming semester!

Hi! As Membership Recruitment Chairman I oversee and plan all recruitment events including Meet the Sisters and formal recruitment! I am so excited to meet so many amazing women and show you all the magic of Phi Sig. This chapter has given me so much, and I hope it can do the same for all of our future sisters. I am a sophomore marketing major and sustainability minor. Here at Rutgers I am involved in FORM, Rutgers Magazine and Women in Business. I currently have an internship! One day I hope to work in the fashion industry. I am so excited to work along side these incredible women and lead our amazing chapter.
PHILANTHROPY

As philanthropy chairman I coordinate all fundraising events, connect sisters with service opportunities at our local partner school, and oversee our Dance Marathon team. I am a cell biology and neuroscience major with minors in psychology and evolutionary medicine and I am hoping to pursue med school. Outside of Phi Sig, I serve as the university events coordinator for the Reach out and Read Chapter at Rutgers and I work part time as a microbiologist at Johnson & Johnson. My favorite part of Phi Sig philanthropy is getting to spend time with our three RU4Kids: Avery, Alice and Noely.

As Panhellenic delegate I work with other organizations within the Greek community and act as a voting representative for our chapter. I also educate the chapter on the happenings of the Panhellenic council. I major in psychology and minor in biology with the hopes of going to med school.

My name is Jeanette and I am the chapters risk manager! I am responsible for enforcing Phi Sigma Sigmas policies and standards and educating the chapter on all facets of risk management. I am an economics major with a business administration minor. Outside of Phi Sigma Sigma I work as a hostess at Cuzins. I am very excited to work with the rest of the executive board to have a safe and fun semester!
HOUSE MANAGER

Hi my name is Alexis and I am the house manager this year! As house manager I am responsible for in-house operations such as planning fun events for our in house sisters, acting as a liaison between our staff and sisters and ensuring all house rules are followed. I am currently an exercise science major on a pre-PA track. I currently work at a private practice as a patient care technician. Other than house manager, I as well am in the pre-PA club and the Dance Marathon team within Phi Sig. I look forward to creating a fun and safe environment for our sisters in our lovely house!
ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT CHAIRMAN

As academic achievement chairman, I oversee the academic performance of each sister and hold study hours to benefit our sisters’ education. This is the first year this position is on our executive board and I’m so excited to plan future events surrounding scholarship! I am a double major in supply chain management and finance at Rutgers Business School. Outside of Phi Sig, I work as a sales associate at Anthropologie.

My name is Shania and I am Phi Sig’s diversity, equity & inclusion chairman for this upcoming year! I am so excited and honored to be the first to hold this executive board position. As DEI chariman, it is my responsibility to make sure all sisters feel loved, included and welcomed here at Phi Sig. This role consists of having difficult conversations but ones that are absolutely necessary to continue to create the most safe environment for all sisters! I am a genetics major with a minor in evolutionary anthropology. Outside of Phi Sig, I am a member of Rutgers Red Cross, a volunteer EMT, & I am an undergraduate research assistant in a Reproductive Biology Lab!
